La mostra è stata composta da una serie di testi, modelli e un filmato dedicato all’architettura, come “No City Stop” (1968), “La nuova Carta di Atene” (2010 ). Essi sono stati integrati con vari oggetti d’uso comune, “Trees” (2011) e “Animali Domestici” (1985), che uniscono un utilizzo innovativo dei materiali con elementi naturali, come tronchi d’albero o acqua.
Le strutture presentano tutte lo stesso atteggiamento critico: gli oggetti e l’architettura non hanno solo una funzione di utilità derivante dalla tecnologia e mercato dei consumatori; devono rispondere alle esigenze attuali e reali dell’uomo. Questa mostra tematica ha rivelato il nuovo rapporto tra la creazione e quelli che Branzi chiama “temi antropologici”, cioè la storia, la natura, la vita, l’amore, il sacro, la morte …
The exhibition was made up of a series of texts, models and a movie dedicated to architecture, such as “No Stop City” (1968), “The new Charter of Athens” (2010).
